We always recommend an appointment, just so we can guarantee you to have full attention from the moment you walk into Audella. We do not want to keep you waiting for a Bridal Consultant or a trial, however, walk-ins are also welcome and we will try our best to get you paired with a Bridal Consultant as soon as possible.
Feel free to bring family or close friends whose opinions you value most. They will play an important role in helping you to find your “The One”.
ON YOUR ARRIVAL
Your appointment will take approximately one hour.
CHOOSING THE GOWNS
During the consultation with our Bridal Consultant, we will discuss the details of your weddings (including season, venue and time), your preference (such as colour and materials) and your needs (such as length of train). With all the details, we will take you through our collections and give you our recommendations.
TRY THEM ON
Our Bridal Consultant will help you try the shortlisted gowns. We also encourage you to bring your favourite pair of heels or your wedding shoes and under garments for gown trials.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
As each of our gown is manually crafted, it normally takes around 6-8 months from the placing of order to the final delivery of the wedding gown. We strongly recommend you order your wedding gown with enough time for your fittings and alterations. Depending on the availability of materials, a rush may be possible with our designers. So don’t worry if you have a shorter timeframe. Feel free to call us and schedule an appointment, we will help you with the ordering timeline.
In our selections, we ensure a wide range of varieties in different styles for our bride to choose from. The gowns in our store range from HK$24,000 or above. Some gowns even come in different colors, let us know your preference and we will do our best to find you “The One” within your budget.
When you decide on your dress, we ask for a 70% deposit and then you pay the rest prior to the delivery of the gown.
ALTERATIONS
Every wedding gown requires some extent of alteration to perfectly sculpt to your body. We will schedule the fitting sessions with you when your gown arrives. We will discuss the type of alterations necessary to ensure a perfect fit. From there, you may need 1-2 more fittings until your gown is ready for delivery.
